By using Lobby After Dark, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Refund / Cancellation, and Safety policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Lobby After Dark is a companion party-game service. It does not control, modify, or replace Fortnite, Call of Duty, Warzone, NBA 2K, GTA, or other third-party games or platforms. Third-party names belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity through your account. Provide accurate account information and do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse other users, or use LAD for unlawful activity.
Purchases are optional. The core Lobby After Dark experience can be used without LAD+. LAD+ is an optional recurring $12.99/month premium subscription. Taxes may apply. Separate one-time or seasonal purchases may also be offered. Product pages describe what is included.
Web LAD+ subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal from your LAD Account page. Ending LAD+ removes active subscription-only access according to subscription status, but earned rewards, XP, levels, achievements, stats, season history and records are not intentionally erased solely because LAD+ ends.
The free Player Pass track is available without purchase. A season's premium Player Pass may be purchased separately, and the current premium pass is included while LAD+ is active. Premium rewards actually earned/unlocked remain associated with the account as described in the product. Buying a pass late may retroactively unlock premium rewards for tiers already reached.
Alcohol is never required. Optional alcohol prompts are intended only for people legally permitted to drink where they are and who can do so safely. Every alcohol prompt includes a non-alcoholic/gameplay alternative. Never drink and drive. Participation in every prompt is voluntary.
Forum posts, creator cards, display names, and other content you submit must not violate law, infringe rights, expose private information, threaten or harass others, or disrupt the service. LAD may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Features may be updated, suspended, or changed as LAD develops. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve earned account records, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Use LAD and its optional challenges responsibly. You remain responsible for your decisions, conduct, compliance with law, and compliance with third-party game/platform rules. Skip any challenge that is unsafe, illegal, inappropriate, or unwanted.
You may permanently delete your account from the Account page. LAD may suspend or terminate access for serious abuse, fraud, unlawful use, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. Account deletion is irreversible.
