Lobby After Dark is a companion party game. It does not control, modify, or replace the third-party video games you choose to play.
Alcohol is never required to play Lobby After Dark. Every alcohol prompt includes a non-alcoholic or gameplay alternative. Only consume alcohol if you are legally permitted to do so where you are and can do so safely.
Lobby After Dark does not encourage excessive or rapid alcohol consumption. The app does not use shots, chugging, drinking races, escalating drink amounts, or penalties for refusing alcohol. You may skip any alcohol prompt at any time.
Never drink and drive or operate a vehicle while impaired. Do not participate in alcohol prompts if you are pregnant, taking medication that may interact with alcohol, have a medical condition affected by alcohol, have been advised not to drink, or otherwise should not consume alcohol. Stop drinking if you feel unwell or impaired.
Use common sense and skip any challenge that is unsafe, illegal, inappropriate for your situation, or against the rules of the game or platform you are using. Do not use a challenge as a reason to harass, threaten, endanger, or pressure another person. Participation in every challenge is voluntary.
Do not use Lobby After Dark while driving or while performing an activity that requires your full attention. Never drive after drinking. Arrange a sober driver, rideshare, taxi, public transportation, or another safe way home when needed.
Players are responsible for their own decisions, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party game/platform rules. Lobby After Dark provides optional entertainment prompts and cannot determine whether a particular activity is safe or appropriate for every player or situation.
