LAD+ is an optional recurring $12.99/month subscription. Taxes may apply. Web subscribers can manage or cancel LAD+ through the Stripe billing portal from the Account page. Cancellation prevents future renewal according to the subscription's Stripe billing status. Deleting a LAD account uses a separate protected flow that attempts to cancel an attached active Stripe subscription before permanent account deletion.
Roast Night and Couples / Date Night may be sold as one-time digital unlocks. The LAD Player Pass may be sold per season. Product details shown before purchase control what access is included.
Except where required by applicable law, completed digital purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable after access has been provided. This does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, billing errors, or cases where purchased access was not delivered should be reported promptly for review.
Subscription-only features stop being available according to the account's subscription status. Earned rewards, XP, levels, achievements, stats, season history and records are not intentionally erased merely because LAD+ ends. Premium rewards already earned remain associated with the account unless the account itself is permanently deleted.
If you only want to stop future LAD+ renewal, use the Stripe billing portal instead of deleting your LAD account. Permanent account deletion removes LAD account/profile data covered by the deletion flow and cannot be undone.
